One of the best places that I have been is Garbo’s and Hank’s in Key West, Florida. I love Key West everything there is so different.  We have our restaurants that we enjoy and would have to go to, but you never know what you will find in Key West. While walking down a side street away from the lights and big names of Duval Street, we heard some great music.

We followed the music to 409 Caroline Street. I entered into a patio area with lights and chairs. In the back of the chairs were tables for those ordering food. In front of the chairs was a stage with a great band performing.

Garbos and Hanks in key west

Just past the sitting area is Hank’s Hair of the Dog Saloon.

Hanks is a small building with a long bar offering a wild selection of drinks from soft drinks to nice wines.  Hanks also has waiters outside in the patio area and around the tables taking orders.

I walked down the walkway beside Hanks to find Garbo’s Grill.

As you can see Garbo’s Grill is a food truck.

I have ate some expensive meals in Key West and have enjoyed them, but Garbo’s Grill can stand up to any of them. We found the price to be really nice also.

We had the tacos and they were great.  I ended up spending a couple of hours there enjoying the music, food and drinks.
