As we do most every year, we returned to Tree Tops Resort in 2022. We have been going there for years taking our children when they were young and now taking our grandchildren. I wrote several post about the Gatlinburg Fire, but i never really went back to talk about Tree Tops as it is today. The resort has been built back better than ever. It has Christmas lights and lots of activities around the resort.
Tree Tops has both one- and two-bedroom units. We have a two bedroom unit so that our children can visit. When you enter the unit you come first to the kitchen and dinning area.
The unit then opens up to the living room which also has a gas fire place and a sliding door going to the deck.
As you can see we take a small Christmas tree with us and lots of old Christmas movies to get us in the Christmas spirit.
The unit has a bathroom just off the living room and then another in the master bedroom. The guest bedroom has twin beds. While the master has a king size bed.
The resort is just a short distance from down town and all the Gatlinburg attractions. One of the things I like best is that It located in a area close to groceries and restaurants without having to get in the downtown traffic. If you are going to Gatlinburg, you may want to look at Tree Tops Resort in 2022.
